Shipping & Returns

1.Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

Hungary:

• GLS home delivery: 1–3 business days
• Foxpost home delivery: 1–3 business days
• Foxpost parcel locker: 1–3 business days
• Hungarian Post priority mail (bookmarks, postcards): 1–2 business days

European Union:

• MPL courier service: 2–5 business days
• GLS courier service: 3–7 business days

Outside the European Union:

• MPL courier service: 4–15 business days
• DHL international courier: 7–21 business days

For customers outside Hungary:

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination and the size of the artwork. Please feel free to contact me before placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging (Artwork Protection): All artworks are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping:

- wrapped in protective materials (acid-free paper, bubble wrap)

- reinforced with rigid cardboard or boxes

- additional protective measures for fragile or high-value items

- insurance during shipping may be arranged upon request for higher-value artworks

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and shipping method. For international shipments, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return:

- The item must be unused and in the original condition

- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

- Custom or personalized artworks are not eligible for return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at veartography@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order details.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- Take photos of the product and packaging

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at veartograohy@gmail.com

We will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund according to the applicable laws.

6. Non-EU Customers International customers outside the EU are responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes imposed by their country. Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

8. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings.

Payment Methods 

Prices are in EUR. Exchange rates may vary.

The following payment options are available in our webshop: 

1. Online card payment – via Barion or PayPal. 

 2. Bank transfer in advance – please transfer the amount to the provided bank account after order confirmation. 

 3. Cash on delivery – available only within Hungary through Foxpost parcel lockers. 

Important information: 

- Payments are secure, and card details are not stored. 

- Prices include the product cost; shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

- For international customers, bank or online payments are recommended. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
