The Seller operates as a sole proprietor.

2. Scope of the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products available on the website, including:

- original watercolor paintings

- acrylic paintings

- postcards

- other art-related products

All products are handmade and unique; slight variations may occur.

3. Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through the website. Submitting an order constitutes a payment obligation. After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded upon confirmation.

4. Prices All prices are listed in EUR (€).

Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated. The final charged amount may vary depending on exchange rates.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

- online card payment via Barion

- payment via PayPal

- bank transfer in advance

- cash on delivery (available only within Hungary via parcel lockers)

All payments must be made in advance, except for cash on delivery. The Seller does not store any card details.

6. Shipping

6.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5 business days.

6.2 Shipping Methods

- Hungary: national postal service, parcel locker delivery

- International: courier service

6.3 Estimated Delivery Times

- Hungary: 2-5 business days

- EU: 3-7 business days

- Outside EU: 7-21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only.

6.4 Packaging (Protection of Artworks) Special care is taken to ensure safe packaging of artworks. Paintings are:

- wrapped in protective materials (e.g. acid-free paper, bubble wrap)

- reinforced with rigid cardboard or boxes

- additionally secured if necessary to prevent damage during shipping

For higher-value artworks, insurance during shipping may be arranged upon request.

6.5 Damaged Parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, the customer should report it upon delivery and, if possible, request a report from the courier. In case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- custom-made or personalized items

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Warranty (Defective Performance)

The Seller is liable for defects in accordance with applicable laws.

The customer may request:

- repair or replacement

- price reduction

- withdrawal from the contract

9. Complaints Handling

Complaints can be submitted via email: veartography@gmail.com

The Seller will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. In case of dispute, customers may turn to alternative dispute resolution bodies.

10. Copyright

All artworks and content on the website are protected by copyright. The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

The customer is not entitled to:

- reproduce the artwork

- create copies

- use it for commercial purposes

- create digital or printed reproductions

All copyrights remain with the Seller.

11. Privacy Details of data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

13. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, or import duties depending on the destination country. The customer is responsible for any such additional costs.

14. Color Disclaimer

Please note that the colors of artworks may vary slightly due to screen settings and display differences.

15. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Hungarian law.
